     While you're here at Massawepie Lake, you could also stop by beautiful Boottree Pond, and the Ash Pond Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the Adirondack Mountains. Why not camp at Blue Jay Campsites since you're here at Massawepie Lake, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Sixmile Creek Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Robinson's Iga, and you're sure to stumble
 
   upon some great people from Malone here. All the outdoors fun stuff next to Massawepie Lake will keep you coming back many times. Paddling on Raquette River is so much fun, and going for a hike on the Big Deer Pond Trail is always a brilliant adventure. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. You'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Horseshoe Pond near Massawepie Lake, and get covered with water paddling on Jordan River.
 
               All through the summertime months here at Massawepie Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are typically in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Massawepie Lake descend into the 0's. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. The annual rainfall here at Massawepie Lake is about average; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
