Go to Mason Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool things the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. If you came to camp Long Lake Camp is a splendid place to do that, and paddling on Sacandaga River - Middle Branch is so much fun. And that's not all you can do here at Mason Lake. There's so much to do here at Mason Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hoss's Country Campground is a pleasant site for that;

For the duration of the summer months highs here at Mason Lake reach the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Mason Lake sink into the 0's. stuff in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is unbeatable! Take a hike on the Sucker Brook Trail, and you'll meet a lot of people from Gloversville here. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail
is nice fun; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Callahan Brook. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains.
