Lake Margarite is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. That right there is a lot already, but it carries on; Lake Margarite has it all. If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Utica is a great choice; you can run the rapids of Black River. A good site for whitewater paddling right next door to Lake Margarite is Little Black Creek, and if you're dropping by from Utica-Rome, you won't be the only one. | | is a fine place to camp. Lake Margarite is located in the Adirondack Mountains. A large amount of precipitation falls at Lake Margarite; August is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Hit the slopes at McCauley Mountain nearby, and it's a good idea to explore Big Brook. This lake is so wonderful. into lakes, Lake Gay is one of those close by. Having a nice time in the Adirondack Mountains is trouble-free. Woods Valley is a very popular ski area close by, and there's splendid hiking along the Stone Dam Trail. High temperatures
at Lake Margarite through the months of summer are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Lake Margarite. Red Roof Inn Utica is a good place
to get some rest, and needless to say, this is a nice region for people who like lakes, Lake Charlotte is a lake in the neighborhood.
