Man, is there heaps of cool stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. The McKenzie Pond Trail offers hiking at its best, and camping is available at Deer River Campsites. The annual precipitation here at Lake Margaret is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. The snow       is good at Mount Pisgah, and needless to say, this is a magnificent area for folks who like lakes, Baker Pond is a lake close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. During your trip to Lake Margaret you'll meet some people from Malone for sure, and if you need a spot to stay Point is a splendid choice. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Lake Margaret. Ampersand Bay Boat Club is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and in the event that you                  don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Meacham Lake Outlet. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Lake Margaret, and the night is fairly chillier of course, typically in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Lake Margaret tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Titus Mountain is in the vicinity of Lake Margaret. So many cool things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too great to be true. You get a delightful sight of Cherry Hill from Lake Margaret, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Salmon River.
