Villa Roma Resort Lodges is a tremendous location to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Delaware River offers some good whitewater. So many exciting things to do here at Mallory Pond, too great to be true. Stay the night at Woodstock On The Lake Campgrounds; playing golf is lots of fun at Island Glen Country Club. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Of Liberty is a great location to spend a night       or two; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Callicoon Creek - East Branch. During the warm months here at Mallory Pond, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Mallory Pond dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. The high level of rain makes Mallory Pond a rather wet location; through August this area sees the most rain while February                  is frequently the driest month. A great swamp next to Mallory Pond is Mud Pond Swamp; you can never get enough of the nice skiing at Holiday Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Superior is near Mallory Pond. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mallory Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Chipinaw Camp Chipinaw. If the weather is splendid here at Mallory Pond, you can go for a hike along the Steam Mill Trail. Mallory Brook is a stream that you may encounter while you're here, and going for a hike along the Schiff Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful.
