Lusk Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. Arden Point is around here and always brilliant to check out, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Moodna Creek. Some close by water includes Arden Brook. At Lusk Reservoir through the warm months highs are in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lusk Reservoir are in the 10's.

You can run the rapids of Popolopen Creek near Lusk Reservoir, and Sterling Forest has good slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Beaver Pond if you're here at
Lusk Reservoir, and going for a hike on the Woodtown Trail is always a glorious adventure. Lusk Reservoir is a wet place that gets lots of precipitation; through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month
is February.
If you need a place to stay Hotel Thayer is a pleasant choice, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail.
