Why not camp at Belden Hill Campgrounds since you're here at Lake Ludlow; after a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Hotel is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Ludlow a wet location; June is when you get the most rain here while February is mostly the driest month. Camping is available at Bowman Lake State Park;       Norwich Super 8 Motel is a great spot to get some rest. Bowman Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by; there are swamps here too, Corbin Swamp is in close proximity. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Lake Ludlow get into the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's.
