Lake Ludlow in fact is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. A lot of rainfall falls at Lake Ludlow; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. During the months of summer here at Lake Ludlow, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down       to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Ludlow are in the 10's. Why not camp at Belden Hill Campgrounds since you're here at Lake Ludlow; do have a look at Steer Pond, it's a striking lake. Howard Johnson Hotel is a great place to get some rest, and get soaked paddling on Bowman Creek. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Corbin Swamp is right close by, and a scenic lake like Bliven Pond is a fine location to visit. This lake is so wonderful.
