Lower Reservoir gets a common amount of annual rain; June is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Whitewater paddling is fine on Treadwell Creek, and a great site nearby is Swart Hollow. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Lower Reservoir. Why not camp at Riverside Village RV Park if you're here at Lower Reservoir,       and playing golf is lots of fun at Edgewood Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Kortright Creek is so much fun. A pleasant place to camp here at Lower Reservoir is Susquehanna Trail Campsites, and Gifford Hill is a peak you can make out from Lower Reservoir. Wilber Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and after a long day outdoors Clarion Hotel Oneonta is a nice place to spend a night or two. Here at Lower Reservoir there are                  plenty of people from Oneonta, and if you get bored of Lower Reservoir you could also stop at nearby Emmons Pond. Summertime highs at Lower Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are mostly in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Lower Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
