Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Dunkirk - Fredonia, and Pickett Brook is next to Lower Lake and is always a joy to go to. Lower Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; most of the rain falls through September, and February on the other hand is the driest. Summertime highs at Lower Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the       60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Lower Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's.
