A magnificent nearby hotel is Days Inn Bath / Hammondsport, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Honeoye Creek. From a precipitation point of view Loucks Pond is a quite typical place; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is January. Camping at Tumble Hill Campground is always a perfect experience, and a quick visit to Cotton Creek is positively       a nice idea. For the period of the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Loucks Pond. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Loucks Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Loucks Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Campers Haven is a glorious local campground, and you're sure to bump into some smiling folks from Corning                  here.
