    Lost Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Summertime at Lost Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lost Pond temperatures plunge to the 0's. All year is a pleasant time in the Adirondack Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. If you need a place to stay Stone  
   Manor is a brilliant choice, and while you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Clifton-Fine Golf Course. The amount of rain that falls at Lost Pond is close to the national average; August is when you get the most rain here while February is usually the driest month.
If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lost Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Newton Falls Hotel, and camping is available at Higley Flow State Park. This
 
               lake is so wonderful. Lost Pond is right by the The Loop. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains. Swamps are exciting spots and Chaumont Swamp near Lost Pond is no exception, and at Lost Pond you always meet someone from Ogdensburg-Massena.
This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. Oswegatchie River - East Branch has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and at Lost Pond you can spot Twin Mountain. A lake close by is Chaumont Pond, and the Post Henderson Trail offers hiking at its best.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Robinson's Iga is always a magnificent experience, and do take a hike on the Sixmile Creek Trail.
