    A visit to Lost Island Pond is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lost Island Pond. Robinson's Iga is a tremendous local campground, and at Lost Island Pond you can spot Summit Mountain. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Oswegatchie  
   River - East Branch, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out nearby Loon Lake.
Lost Island Pond is a good spot of common precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. During the summertime months here at Lost Island Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during
 
               the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Lost Island Pond tend to be in the 0's. Why not camp at OLD Forge Camping Resort if you're here at Lost Island Pond. Lakes are delightful; Mud Pond is a lake that's next to Lost Island Pond.
Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is peerless! On a magnificent day at Lost Island Pond you can take a hike along the Big Deer Pond Trail, and you're sure to run into some good folks from Ogdensburg-Massena here. While you're here at Lost Island Pond you can take a hike along the Norridge Trail, and Oswegatchie River - East Branch has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Salmon Lake Trail; great skiing awaits you at McCauley Mountain.
