So many cool things in the Adirondack Mountains, just unbelievable. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Pharoah Mountain Trail; Trout Brook River is a nice whitewater spot close by. While you're here at Loon Lake you can take a hike along the Long Swing Trail, and why not camp at Smoke Rise Campsites while you're here at Loon Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Spectacle Pond Trail, and if you're a golfer       then a magnificent close by course is Green Mansion Golf Course. Throughout the summer months at Loon Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Loon Lake through the wintertime commonly dip into the 0's. If you get bored of Loon Lake, you could also check out nearby Palmer Pond; if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet,                  you can always go whitewater paddling on Hudson River. Loon Lake is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Ideal Campsites is a tremendous local campground; if you need a location to stay Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a pleasant choice. And that's not all there is to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Gore Mountain is near Loon Lake, and Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg is a nice spot to get some rest. But wait, there's more to do close to Loon Lake. The peak of Kipp Mountain can be spotted from Loon Lake, and a lake close by is Mountain Spring Lake.
