Long Pond is always a pleasure to visit. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Long Pond. If you're here at Long Pond, you could explore Butternut Brook, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Holiday Mountain. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! This lake is so wonderful. Belleayre is a great local ski area, and float down the rapids of Neversink River - West Branch in a kayak. High temperatures at Long Pond through the summer are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Long Pond temperatures plunge | |

to the 10's. This lake is located in the wonderful Catskill Mountains.
A magnificent view of wonderful Blue Hill is available from Long Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Neversink River - East Branch. You just can't
envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Catskill Mountains has to offer. Camping at Covered Bridge Campsite is always a magnificent experience; Days Inn Of Liberty is a tremendous location to get some rest. Dry warm beds
await you at Howard Johnson Inn Liberty NY, and Long Pond is right by the Seager West Branch Trail.
The high level of rain makes Long Pond a reasonably wet site; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
