Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. There's whitewater on Irondequoit Creek for all you thrill seekers. At Long Pond all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Long Pond tend to be in the 10's. If you need       a site to stay Hampton Inn Rochester North is a tremendous choice, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Erie Canal. Why not camp at Hamlin Beach State Park if you're here at Long Pond, and Buttonwood Creek is in the vicinity of Long Pond and is always a pleasure to stop at.
