Littles Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. If you come at the right time of year, Normans Kill River offers some fine whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Poesten Kill River, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Downtown, NY. The yearly rainfall here at Littles Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest of the months is February.

| | There's so much to do here at Littles Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dingman's Campgrounds is a tremendous place for that; playing golf is lots of fun at Mill Road Acres Golf Course. Littles Lake is not the only site nearby, Tivoli Lake is a nearby lake, and Red Carpet Inn Northern Blvd is a glorious spot to get some rest. If you get bored of Littles Lake, you could also stop by close by Menands Reservoir, and Littles Lake is not far
at all from Albany-Schenectady-Troy. All through the warm months here at Littles Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Littles Lake.
