If you are in Warren county it's always a good idea to stop by Little Pond. So many cool things to do in the Adirondack Mountains, not enough time. You can run the rapids of Stony Creek in close proximity to Little Pond, and there's glorious hiking along the Oregon Trail. Camping at Sacandaga Campground is always a delightful experience, and you can hit the slopes at Gore Mountain in the vicinity. Summertime at Little Pond comes with high temperatures in the

The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Little Pond through the wintertime generally fall into the 0's. It is owned by Suny College Of Environmental Science and Forestry. There are no motors allowed on the lake. No fires and no overnight camping allowed. Dogs must be on a leash.
