This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. On a pleasant day at Little Pond you can take a hike along the Weston Trail; Pleasant Valley is unquestionably a good place to visit. An average amount of rain falls at Little Pond; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Camp Normandie is a nice campground nearby; Whiteface Mountain       is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. The Branch flows through this area. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Little Pond get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Little Pond. All year is a great time in the Adirondack Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater                  of Boquet River, and the Stimson Trail is a great hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. You get a splendid panorama of Green Hill from Little Pond; if you need a place to stay Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel is a magnificent choice. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too good to be true. Dry warm beds await you at Basin Harbor Club, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Leach Trail. Any time is a magnificent time at Little Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors.
