This spot is great, just look at all the exciting things to do close to Little Otter Lake. Camping is available at Stysh's Brown Barn Campgrounds, and there's whitewater on Otter Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Independence River near Little Otter Lake, and a tremendous close by hotel is Hotel Hendel. Good hiking       is available along the Stone Dam Trail, and if you're a golfer then a great close by course is Brantingham Golf Club. If you need a place to stay Brantingham Inn Motel is a nice choice, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Woods Valley. High temperatures at Little Otter Lake all through the days of summer are in the 70's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Little                  Otter Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful spot to camp here at Little Otter Lake is Moose River Camp Grounds, and hey, Crooked Creek is a glorious local stream. The amount of rain that falls at Little Otter Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
