Throughout the days of summer at Little Lake temperatures are usually in the 70's; the overnight is a tad cooler of course, usually in the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Little Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. A splendid location to camp here at Little Lake is Higley Flow State Park. Dry warm beds await       you at Comfort Suites Canton, and a perfect forest nearby is Silver Hill State Forest. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Stockwell Pond is a lake nearby, and Dana Hill is delightful and can be seen from here. Little Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.                  A wonderful location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Little Lake is Grass River, and Little Lake is right by the Post Henderson Trail. Having a glorious time at Little Lake is simple. Lakes are perfect; Warden Pond is a lake that's near Little Lake, and Best Western University Inn is a fine site to get some rest.
