A perfect place to camp here at Little Lake is Whispering Pines Campsites; Brookhaven Golf Club is a golf course nearby. Gotta ski! West Mountain is a splendid spot to do that, and a lake close by is Mulleyville Pond. There's whitewater on Roaring Branch for all you adrenaline junkies, and Little Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Camp       Cherith In-Adirondacks is a tremendous local campground. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a delightful time. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Sacandaga River, and if you get bored of Little Lake you could also explore close by John West Vly. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Hickory Ski Center are so inviting noone can resist, and after a long day outdoors Gideon Putnam Resort And Spa is                  a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Little Lake generally gets a great deal of precipitation; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. For the duration of the summer months at Little Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Little Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. At Little Lake you can see Kayaderosseras Range, and a range like the Kayaderosseras Range is always beautiful. Be careful coming to the Adirondack Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again.
