This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Little Jabe Pond is La Chute River, and lakes are such calm locations, why not go to Jabe Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel; going for a hike on the Berrymile Pond Trail is always a magnificent adventure. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable things,       what a great world it would be. The top of Indian Mountain is easily observed from Little Jabe Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Treadway Mountain Trail. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Adirondack Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Putnam Creek, and Little Jabe Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Green Acres By The Brook                  is a wonderful local campground. Little Jabe Pond is a good place of common precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. There are great locations to discover along the Lost Pond Trail; you'll discover a delightful lake called Swede Pond. At Little Jabe Pond during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's.
