This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too fine to be true. Little Crooked Lake is not far at all from Ogdensburg-Massena, and Little Crooked Lake is a wonderful spot to camp, Cape Woods Campground is a wonderful spot. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Oswegatchie       River - East Branch offers some wonderful whitewater. A short journey to Sliding Falls is always worthwhile, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Sunset Inn is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. Little Crooked Lake is a good spot of typical rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Little Crooked Lake, high temperatures                  usually get into the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Little Crooked Lake. Man, is there a heap of fun things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. There is a perfect hiking trail near Little Crooked Lake called the Salmon Lake Trail, and float down the rapids of Oswegatchie River - East Branch in a kayak. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Little Crooked Lake. Camping at Little Crooked Lake is great fun, Robinson's Iga is a great local campground, and going for a hike on the Norridge Trail is always a fine adventure. Not far from Little Crooked Lake, you'll discover Clear Lake which is a stunning lake, and why not head up to McCauley Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful.
