Links Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Inn By Marriott East Greenbush. There's so much to do here at Links Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Alps Family Campground is a great spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Links Pond; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. Summer brings highs in the

Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. There's great hiking along the Taconic Crest Trail; Links Pond is not the only place nearby, Bernie Pond is a nearby lake. The Taconic Skyline Trail offers hiking at its best, and Links
Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Deer Run Camp Grounds is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Southeast Hollow Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t
go skiing at Willard Mountain while you're here. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Poesten Kill River, and skiing at Jiminy Peak is one of those things you just must do.

I would recomended this campground 110 percent!!!!...alps is the most awesome place to camp.they offer everything and anything there. we saw what they did at the 4th of july and the kids loved it.
