This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Barber Homestead Park if you're here at Lincoln Pond. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Lincoln Pond; the month with most of the rain is August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in the neighborhood of Lincoln Pond has to offer. A great place to       camp here at Lincoln Pond is Camp Normandie, and if you come at the right time of year, Boquet River offers some tremendous whitewater. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Whiteface Mountain is a very popular ski area close by, and the Bear Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. So much entertaining stuff in the Adirondack Mountains, just mind-boggling. There's some flowing water nearby, Cold Brook is a stream you can take a look at while                  you're here; a great nearby hotel is Basin Harbor Club. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend The Branch, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lincoln Pond; Weston Trail is a perfect local trail. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Adirondack Mountains. A round of golf at nearby Westport Country Club is a pleasant way to kill some time, and Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Stimson Trail; from Lincoln Pond you acquire a brilliant view of Green Hill. All through the warm months here at Lincoln Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
