Lime Lake is a rather wet place commonly with a great deal of rainfall; November is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. While you're here at Lime Lake, you could also go to picturesque Frog Pond, and the wonderful folks of Olean like to hang out nearby. Microtel Inn and Suites Buffalo -Springville- is a good location to get some rest; Lime Lake is good enough to spend more than a day       at, Arrowhead Camping Area is a good local campground. After a long day outdoors The Inn at Holiday Valley is a good place to spend a night or two, and hey, Gulf Creek is a glorious local stream. That right there is heaps already, but it goes on; Lime Lake has it all. A great place to camp here at Lime Lake is Camp Lakeland; why not head up to Holiday Valley and strap some skis to your feet. Summertime highs at Lime Lake typically tend to be in the 70's                  with night lows in the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Lime Lake drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
