It's always fun to stop by Lily Pond. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Lily Pond. Sterling Forest has good slopes and a friendly staff, and a great nearby hotel is Howard Johnson Inn. Hit the slopes at Mt. Peter in close proximity. Beaver Pond Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lily Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp wabenaki.

Sure, Little Long Pond is close by. There's so much to do here at Lily Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robert Moses is a good site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Lily Pond is right by the Torne Mount Ivy Trail,
and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Lake Skannatati.
Lily Pond is a rather wet place mostly with a lot of precipitation; all through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest month
of the year is February. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lily Pond. Hiking along the Woodtown Trail is splendid fun; a fine beach nearby is Old Sebago Beach. Get covered with water paddling on Popolopen Creek, and a golf course close by is Spook Rock Golf Course.
