Latham Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Now, you may assume that's a lot but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. A great location like Shattuck Clearing here at Latham Pond is too splendid to miss. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Latham Pond has to offer, you can camp at Cedar Pond Campground. During the warmest time of the year highs here at Latham Pond get into the 70's, and the nighttime is a little

| | cooler of course, usually in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Latham Pond temperatures plunge to the 0's. Latham Pond gets a normal amount of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is usually the driest month. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. and Best Western Mountain Lake Inn is a great location to get some rest. And if that's not enough there's lots more cool things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can
always go whitewater paddling on Cold River, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Pisgah while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is good on Rock River. This lake is so wonderful.
There's so much to do here at Latham Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Cherokee is a magnificent place for that, and if you need a spot to stay Woodlake Inn is a good choice. So many fun things to do at Latham Pond,
so little time. Going for a hike on the Northville Lake Placid Trail is always a perfect adventure; some of the water close by flows, like Boulder Brook. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Big Eddy, and you can go for a hike on the Indian Pass Trail.
