If the weather is splendid here at Lake Nawahunta, you can go for a hike along the Breakneck Ridge Trail, and if you've had enough of Lake Nawahunta, Silver Mine Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful. New Sebago Beach is a beach next to Lake Nawahunta that you can go to, and some of the water nearby flows, like Bockey Swamp Brook. There's whitewater on Moodna Creek for all you adrenaline       people; a pleasant nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Highland Falls. Lake Nawahunta is a wet place that gets much precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. Any time is a glorious time at Lake Nawahunta if you adore the outdoors. There's so much to do here at Lake Nawahunta that you need to camp here for a while, Sebago Cabins Harriman is a magnificent spot for that, and the vista of delightful Black Mountain is                  great. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Mt. Peter, and going for a hike along the Woodtown Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Lake Nawahunta. A magnificent beach right next door to Lake Nawahunta is Old Sebago Beach, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sterling Forest while you're here.
