Beautiful Lake Marie has much to offer visitors. Through the long summer days at Lake Marie highs are usually in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Liberty Motel is a brilliant spot to get some rest; Lake Marie is not the only site close by, Fieldston Lake is a close by lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Lake Marie. After a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Inn Liberty NY is a good place to spend a night or two, and there are fine locations to explore along the Peenpack Trail. | |

Lake Marie is a rather wet place frequently with a great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month is February.
This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck
because Swan Lake Golf & Country Club is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Holiday Mountain is one of those things you just have to do, and if you came for an overnight stay Camp Bnos Yakov Mikvah is a great location
to camp. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Callicoon Creek - North Branch, and going for a hike on the Schiff Trail is always a great adventure.
