While you're here at Lake Kanawauke you can play some golf at Spook Rock Golf Course; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Kanawauke; Breakneck Ridge Trail is a wonderful local trail. Camping at Lake Kanawauke is perfect fun, Robert Moses is a perfect local campground, and the snow is tremendous at Sterling Forest. This lake is so wonderful.
