Labrador Pond is in the neighborhood of Markham Hollow which is positively worth a visit; you can never get enough of the nice skiing at Song Mountain. The amount of rain that falls at Labrador Pond is close to the national average; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Labrador       Pond. Why not camp at Katmai Fishing Lodge since you're here at Labrador Pond; let's not forget Shackham Brook which is a stream that you may run into while you're here. A good close by hotel is Cortland Days Inn. A fine place to camp here at Labrador Pond is Cortland Country Music Park, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Cortland. During the long summer days at Labrador Pond highs are typically in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Labrador Pond descend into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
