Head up to Holiday Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Schiff Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Kiamesha Lake you can play some golf at Hotel Concord & Country Club. A good close by hotel is Best Western Monticello, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Lost Cabin Trail. This lake is so wonderful.       Kiamesha Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Town Of Fallsburg Parks Department is a fine local campground; going for a hike along the Peenpack Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Monticello NY is a nice choice, and if you came to camp All Seasons Campsite is a good place to do that. Through the summer at Kiamesha Lake highs are commonly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks                  down to the 50's.
