Why not stop by Kettle Lake if you're passing through these parts. A good close by hotel is Brookwood Inn; camping at Blackwalnut Campground is always a nice experience. Kettle Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. So many enjoyable things to do at Kettle Lake, so little time. While you're here at Kettle Lake, you could also stop by striking Lilly Pond; Hunt

| | Hills is clearly visible from Kettle Lake. Do go to Lake Lacoma in close proximity to Kettle Lake, it's a wonderful lake, and you'll meet a lot of people from Rochester here. This lake is so wonderful. It's a wonderful idea to stop by Mill Creek, it's in the vicinity of Kettle Lake, and near Kettle Lake you come across a golf course called Ravenwood Golf Club. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Erie Canal, and camping is available at Creekside Campsite/RV | |

Park. This lake is so wonderful. Bristol Mountain has splendid slopes and a friendly staff. High temperatures at Kettle Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All
through the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Kettle Lake. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Irondequoit Creek; after a long day outdoors The Lodge at Woodcliff is a magnificent place to spend a night or two.
