Kent Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Pinehurst Golf Course, and a good place for whitewater paddling is Chautauqua Creek. Camping at Westfield/Lake Erie KOA is always a glorious experience, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Twentymile Creek. | | summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Kent Reservoir while nighttime lows are generally in the 60's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Kent Reservoir.

Blue water Beach Campground. If you need a location to stay Chautauqua Suites Meeting and Expo Center is a splendid choice; the summit of Mount Baldy can be seen from Kent Reservoir.
Kent Reservoir is not far at all from Jamestown-Dunkirk-Fredonia,
and if you crave a little side trip, try The Gulf. Not far from Kent Reservoir, you'll hit upon Minton Reservoir which is a pretty lake; why not a little side trip to Little Chautauqua Creek. Kent Reservoir gets a great deal of water;
the wettest month of the year is commonly September, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture.
