    It's always fun to stop by Kendall Pond. For the period of the months of summer at Kendall Pond highs are commonly in the 80's; the night is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Kendall Pond are in the 10's. Satterlee Hollow is a pleasant spot to go to close by; Jiminy Peak is a brilliant local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Jiminy  
   Peak, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Southeast Hollow Trail.
The amount of rainfall that falls at Kendall Pond is close to the national average; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while February is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. The fine people of Pittsfield like to hang out close by. The slopes of Mount Greylock Ski Club are so inviting nobody can resist, and the Taconic Crest
 
               Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby.
There's so much to do here at Kendall Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aqua Vista Valley Campgrounds is a magnificent location for that, and Jericho Valley Inn is a nice site to get some rest. Yeah, come here to Kendall Pond for a nice time. There is a good hiking trail near Kendall Pond called the Williams Trail; Green River is a great whitewater spot nearby. Stay the night at Broken Wheel Campground, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Poesten Kill River.
