Creek Golf Course & Country Inn is a splendid golf course close by. Summertime highs at Kayuta Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are regularly in
the 20's; nighttime lows at Kayuta Lake through the wintertime generally drop into the 0's. After a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Utica is a glorious site to spend a night or two; Woods Valley has great slopes and a friendly staff.
The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. The Forty Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best, and a fine place to camp here at Kayuta Lake is Kayuta Lake Campground. Kayuta Lake is a pretty wet
place regularly with a large amount of rain; the month with most of the rain is September, and February is when it's the driest.
