The Pharoah Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best, and camping is available at Echo Lake Southwoods. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of The Branch. Lakes are magnificent; Goose Pond is a lake that's close to Johnson Pond. Johnson Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Summer at Johnson Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's.       During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Johnson Pond throughout the wintertime commonly plunge into the 0's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. If you need a place to stay Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites is a good choice.
