Why not take a refreshing hike along the Ash Pond Trail, and some of the water close by flows, like Ellis Brook. People from Malone love to come to Jocks Pond, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Jordan River. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Big Deer Pond Trail is brilliant fun; not far from Jocks Pond you'll come across Massawepie       Lake which is a wonderful lake. Jocks Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more cool things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Take a hike on the Sixmile Creek Trail. Lakes are great; Pine Pond is a lake that's close to Jocks Pond. All the outdoors enjoyable things right next door to Jocks Pond will keep you coming back many times. Why not camp at Blue Jay Campsites since you're                  here at Jocks Pond, and Moosehead Mountain can be distinguished from Jocks Pond. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. A great place to camp here at Jocks Pond is Robinson's Iga, and Raquette River is a great whitewater spot nearby. High temperatures at Jocks Pond throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
