If you are traveling by, why not stop by Jerry Vly. The high level of rain makes Jerry Vly a relatively wet location; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. There's good hiking along the Oregon Trail, and needless to say Doig Creek is a lovely stream that is worth going to. This lake is so wonderful.

| | no way anybody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Jerry Vly is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Ranch Side Park is a nice local campground; there are some perfect whitewater spots on Sacandaga River. So many enjoyable things to do in the Adirondack Mountains, not sufficient time. Good hiking is available along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail; if you need a place to stay Four Seasons Motel is a brilliant choice.

a thing about Jerry Vly. Dry warm beds await you at Algonquin Motel; get yourself into a kayak and hit Doig Creek. Summertime highs at Jerry Vly generally tend to be in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the
50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Jerry Vly. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Jerry Vly that you need to camp here for a while, Rainbows End is a splendid location
for that, and Freds Mountain is easy to spot from Jerry Vly.
