Java Lake is a lake worth visiting. Through the long summer days at Java Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Java Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rushford Lake Outlet, and why not head up to Kissing Bridge and strap some skis to your feet. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Java

| | Lake; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. Lakes are fine; Faun Lake is a lake that's next to Java Lake, and if you came to camp Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Of Western New York is a brilliant site to do that. Just can't get enough of Java Lake. Econo Lodge Darien Lakes is a nice place to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Java Lake that you need to camp here for a while, | |

Beaver Meadow wilderness Family Camping is a tremendous site for that. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Spruce Ridge Country Club, and not far from Java Lake you'll find Hiram Lake which is a beautiful lake.

Holimont
 | 30 miles away 3 PHOTOS For nearly 50 years, families and snowsports enthusiasts from miles around have converged on HoliMont – North America’s largest private ski area devoted to family skiing adventures.
Generations of members have been drawn in by the amazing skiing, only to fall in love with the warm, community atmosphere that makes HoliMont the kind of place you never want to leave.
And while a sense of community can’t be manufactured, snow’s a different story. HoliMont’s patented snowmaking system creates 700 vertical feet of wall-to-wall, top-to-bottom snow. Combine that with an average of 200 inches of natural snow per season, and you’re guaranteed a great run every time.
During the week, HoliMont is happy to welcome non-members and groups, who can forget about standing around shivering in long lines. As lifts service over 50 slopes and trails, as well as the Terrain Parks and Halfpipe.
