Vestal Hills Country Club is a nice golf course nearby; Binghamton Regency Hotel is a fine site to get some rest. For the period of the summertime months at Jackson Pond highs are mostly in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows at Jackson Pond during the winter mostly drop into the 10's. Nearby lakes? Sure,       Quaker Lake is near Jackson Pond; at Jackson Pond you can make out Lucky Hill. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Meshoppen Creek for all you thrill seekers, and a great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Binghamton-Hawley St-Dwt, Ny. A perfect place to camp here at Jackson Pond is Chenango Valley State Park, and people from Binghamton love to come here. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Jackson Pond; all through June this area sees                  the most rain; the driest month is January. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun.
