skiing at Sterling Forest. Don't miss out on a tremendous swamp; Pine Swamp is right here at Island Pond, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail. Arden Brook is a stream that you may stumble
upon during your stay, and an afternoon playing golf at The Golf Club at Mansion Ridge is always a diversion. A day at beautiful Old Sebago Beach next to Island Pond is a great thing to do; you'll locate a gorgeous lake called
Lake Stahahe. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Popolopen Creek; on a delightful day you obtain a magnificent view of Echo Mountain from Island Pond. Summertime highs at Island
Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Island Pond.
