The high level of rain makes Hust Pond a relatively wet place; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Jefferson is a nearby lake that you could go to. Camping is available at Roscoe Campsites; Holiday Mountain is a great local ski area.

at Hust Pond frequently tend to be in the 80's, and the night is a tad chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hust Pond.

Do you have any info on ice fishing Big Pond? I'll be there on 2-7-09. fishing shallow or deep for trout? I normally fish on the Peapacton. only fished BP once, and had a nice trout hit, but missed him! Thanks....
