This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Island View Motel & Cottages is a good spot to spend a night or two, and the summit of Hedgehog Mountain can be seen from Hunt Lake. Hunt Brook is next to Hunt Lake and is always a pleasure to stop at, and great skiing awaits you at Hickory Ski Center. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Oregon Trail       is always a brilliant adventure. Hunt Lake commonly gets lots of precipitation; through September this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Hunt Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Fort Bink Campground is a magnificent local campground, and a golf course close by is Bend of the River Golf Club. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Adirondack Mountains. Get your pulse rate up on                  the splendid whitewater of Stony Creek, and a glorious site to camp here at Hunt Lake is Stewarts' Pond Campsites. So much fun stuff in the neighborhood of Hunt Lake, clearly incredible. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby West Mountain. Lakes? Sure, Efner Lake is in close proximity. Summertime at Hunt Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Hunt Lake. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Adirondack Mountains.
