Summer brings highs in the 80's to Hudson Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hudson Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Hudson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Belvedere Lake Resort; everybody nearby loves skiing at Ski Plattekill. There       are some perfect whitewater spots on Center Brook/Middle Brook, and if you need a spot to stay Worcester White House Inn is a fine choice. A splendid nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Richmondville; a quick trip to Oak Creek is unquestionably a splendid idea. You'll meet a lot of folks from Amsterdam here, and Stone Quarry Hill can be seen from Hudson Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great earth it would be. Stay the night                  at Mohawk Camp Ground, and there's whitewater on West Creek for all you thrill seekers.
