Burnt Creek is a pretty stream that is worth checking out, and a day on the slopes of McCauley Mountain is just what you need. Huckleberry Lake in fact is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. You can run the rapids of Beaver River near Huckleberry Lake. A lake nearby is Fish Pond, and a       great site to camp here at Huckleberry Lake is Moose River Camp Grounds. For the duration of the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 70's at Huckleberry Lake while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Huckleberry Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Otter Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, and why not head up                  to Snow Ridge and strap some skis to your feet.
