Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Beaver River, and if you came for an overnight stay Moose River Camp Grounds is a good place to camp. Summertime highs at Huckleberry Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here       at Huckleberry Lake. Camping at Huckleberry Lake is good fun, Happy Hollow Campground is a good local campground, and Burnt Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting. An average amount of rain falls at Huckleberry Lake; throughout August this area sees the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Huckleberry Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sunset Inn.                  Really tremendous skiing awaits you at Snow Ridge, and Huckleberry Lake is not the only spot nearby, Beach Millpond is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful.
