The beauty of Horseshoe Pond is reason enough to stop by. Camping is available at Hidden Acre Family Campground, and Southern Meadows Golf Course is a golf course close by. From a precipitation point of view Horseshoe Pond is a pretty typical place; most of the rain falls through September; January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Horseshoe Pond fall into the 10's. You're probably hooked
on lakes, Log Pond is one of those nearby, and Quality Inn Geneseo is a wonderful spot to get some rest. Lakes are glorious; Grant Pond is a lake that's close to Horseshoe Pond, and a great place to camp here at Horseshoe Pond is Letchworth State Park.
