Try Pyramid Brook. This lake is so wonderful. You get a tremendous sight of Antwine Hill from Honey Pond, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Putnam Creek. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous nearby hotel is Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites. An average amount of rainfall       falls at Honey Pond; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. Stay the night at Medcalf Acres Campsite, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop at Lilypad Pond. Honey Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. You truly have to adore the Adirondack Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Honey Pond; Rock Pond Trail is a nice local trail, and a charming lake like Horseshoe Pond is a good spot                  to pop by. Man, is there loads of entertaining things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. There are some great whitewater spots on Schroon River, and if you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel Ticonderoga is a pleasant choice. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Echo Lake Southwoods is a great campground nearby, and there's glorious hiking along the Treadway Mountain Trail. High temperatures at Honey Pond through the summer are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's.
