This lake is so wonderful. A fine nearby hotel is Montauk Yacht Club; a pleasant trip to Captain Kid Hollow is a perfect way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little visit to Willow Brook since you're here at Home Pond; there are plenty of folks from Norwich-New London here at Home       Pond. The high level of precipitation makes Home Pond a reasonably wet place; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and September on the other hand is the driest. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Home Pond. On a great day you can go to Bostwick Creek, a swamp close to Home Pond, and if you need a location to stay Sole East is a magnificent choice. Summertime highs at Home Pond frequently tend to be in                  the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Home Pond temperatures fall to the 20's. You are near Bostwick Bay while you're here at Home Pond, and if you want to hit the beach, Maidstone Park Beach is close at hand. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Gaylor Hole, and since you're here at Home Pond, checking out Crow Head is a must.
